Princeton Digital Group raises $350 million led by Mubadala

Singapore-based Princeton Digital Group (PDG) has raised $350 million led by Mubadala Investment. Both existing shareholders in PDG, Warburg Pincus and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board have participated in this round taking the total funding to over $500 million.
