Safety concern: DGCA issues show cause to AirAsia India

irAsia India is under regulator probe for alleged violation of safety practices. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued show cause notice to the JV airline’s head of flight operations and safety. The violations are learnt to be related to pilot fatigue and a landing technique of questionably using flaps in a way to save fuel.
