Cognizant second IT company to have over 2L staff

With more than two lakh employees in India, Cognizant has become the second IT company to have such a massive workforce in India which also makes it the biggest MNC employer in India as it is headquartered in the US. Cognizant has a global strength of nearly 2.9 lakh. TCS is India’s biggest white-collar employer with most of its over 4 lakh workforce in India.
